Hello everyone! Thanks for dropping by here :)

Growing up with two languages, I've always been curious about different ways of life and the world around us. Living, studying and working in various places globally has made me feel a strong connection to different cultures and environments. This sense of connection brings me joy, gratitude, and a desire to explore and work abroad more.

I love everything about travel, healthy living, food, and meeting new people. Understanding and helping others, along with caring for our environment, are things that make me happy. Right now, I'm looking to start a career in sustainable luxury hotels. I want to learn and contribute to making a positive impact. Joining this field feels like the next exciting adventure for me!

I’m also deeply passionate about sustainable travel, with a particular focus on the sustainable hospitality industry. Coming from a bilingual background, travel has been an innate part of my life since childhood. I’ve traveled solo, lived abroad since age 15, and studied in both the UK and Canada. My professional experience includes consulting in the sustainable hospitality industry while living in Hong Kong for two years. In April 2024, I launched this exciting venture to showcase my passion and dedication to the industry.

Earlier this year, I launched my content creation business UnlockDiscovery. My mission is to transparently showcase sustainable and luxury hospitality establishments, the unique experiences they offer, and the journeys they are on—no matter where they are.

I also showcase to my audience educational and creative content focused on sustainable locations, restaurants, off-the-beaten-track destinations, hidden gems, and local spots. After struggling to find experiences online that reflect their sustainability journey, I decided to create a platform to make this search easier for others.

In January-February 2024, I was working a luxury Eco-Resort in Colombia (via Workaway!). I've also collaborated with a renowned hotel collection in Greece (called the Divani Collection) and with an eco-resort in Bali Indonesia.

Growing up bilingual, I have a passion for exploring different cultures and ways of life. Learning a language brings you closer to understanding others, and I once studied Spanish for a little while. I'm eager to become fluent in it someday! I would love to live abroad again, preferably in a Spanish-speaking country.

Here are other previous work experiences:

I worked at Lumi.Network, a global ed-tech sustainability start-up in London as a Senior Associate. Product and Partnerships Delivery. Lumi helps young people develop future skills by creating tech solutions (for example, Apps) for global/sustainability issues. In my role, I managed customer relationships, developed and delivered customised programmes aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and attended networking events to find new opportunities. Moreover, I facilitated problem-solving sessions (and all the programmes), managed strategic alliances, and contributed to product design and customer processes.

I also lived and worked in Hong Kong for a couple years. I worked at GREEN Hospitality, a not-for-profit platform that connects all hospitality-related stakeholders and collaborates to enable sustainability initiatives & solutions, and at Food Made Good Hong Kong, a food sustainability consultancy.

At GREEN Hospitality, I worked as a Junior Event Manager organising "The GREEN Conference 2022 - Hospitality Agenda 2030" and supporting sustainability initiatives. Additionally, at Food Made Good Hong Kong I worked as a Team Leader Support & Business Development intern. I coordinated and supported with consultancy workshops, improved sustainability reports, and assisted with PR and media for F&B Awards Ceremonies and many more.

I have also completed two courses: one in Sustainable Hospitality & Tourism from the International Society of Sustainability Professionals and second in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge. For the first course, we examined sustainable operations, food and beverage, sales, marketing and eco-certifications. The second course, we conducted many research projects, including one on a luxury hospitality group focusing on business transformation and new business plan development.

My expertise includes a F&B and Hospitality knowledge, writing, operations, programme delivery, consulting, problem-solving, and collaborative work. I'm eager to explore eco-retreats, eco-lodges, and sustainable living. I'm open to try new things and excited to contribute to sustainable practices!

Apart from traveling, gardening, enjoying food, and meeting people, my hobbies and interests involve watching podcasts about health and personal development, listening to music, photography, hiking, swimming (especially in the sea), staying fit, and indulging in films and TV series (which I sometimes get too addicted to)!

I love playing card games too :)
