Hey there :D,
my Name is Lenya and I am 1 8 years old, living in Germany. Last year I graduated from school and I am now in my gap year before starting university (which might be at the end of 2025 or even next year). I want to use my time to make new experiences and try many new things, like visting another country and getting to know different people.

I love exploring nature and beeing around animals. Horse riding and beeing around horses was a part of my life for roughly 10 years, until i had to quit due to a lack of time, two years ago. I miss it ever since and would love to pick up my old hobby again. This is why I am enthusiastic about finding a workaway experience involving horses and/or other farm animals. I already bring some experience but am eager to learn and improve my skills.
As I already mentioned, animals are a big interest of mine and I have loved them ever since I was a little kid. But some of my other hobbies for example are crocheting, gaming, baking/cooking :) I love reading and writing. Maybe I will write my own book one day that would be a dream of mine. I also love music and good movies (which there are a lot out there ), and I would be happy to get to now new people to share experiences with and also learn new things from. Motorsports is also one of my interests, especially F1. :)

I want to use this opportunity to travel to become more independent and find out more about myself as well as other countries and their people. I am a curious person with an interest in learning and experiencing new things. And I give my best in everything I do, which is also why i would describe myself as a responsible and hardworking person.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have quite some experience in caring for animals, as I have been riding horses for a long time and often helped at the stables in the holidays. Moreover, I once did an internship in a veterinary clinic and I have helped to look after the pets of friends and family many times.
I cook and bake sometimes and learn new recipes from my mother. And i can also do general household chores. Any creative work would also be interesting for me, such as painting, because i really enjoy being creative. I am interested in doing farm work. From animal care to gardening or crafting, I like everything :).
But in general I am open to learn anything new and improve my skills, whether it is crafting, fixing or anything else really.
