Hi! I’m Candice 😊

I’m a calm, reserved and curious person who loves nature, food, and simple living.

I work as a restaurant pastry chef, and I’m passionate about cooking, baking, and learning new ways of living and creating with my hands 🍰

I’m equally in love with the ocean and the mountains — I enjoy surfing, skiing, a bit of snowboarding, hiking, and being surrounded by beautiful landscapes 🌊🏔️

I spent 2.5 months in the Canary Islands, where I discovered the basics of permaculture, and I’ve been continuing this journey through woofing in France, especially in Haute-Savoie and other places depending on the season and my mood.

Learn more about permaculture

Get into sourdough bread baking

Spend more time with animals

Discover traditional dairy production (raw milk, faisselle, cheese…)

I really enjoy peaceful environments, simple routines, and meaningful exchanges. I’m always happy to help, learn, and contribute in a positive and respectful way 🙏
