  My name is Anna and I have a small plot of land with olive trees and some fruit trees located on the hills a few kilometers from Alberobello. Over time and at an amateur level I take care of it personally, planting trees and shrubs, pruning the olive and cherry trees. We have a small trullo with a service powered by solar energy. I love my countryside and I take care of it personally. The greatest commitment is represented by the care of the olive grove which requires pruning and continuous surveillance to continue to preserve it from the threat of Xylella, the virus that in Salento affected the olive trees and which fortunately has not arrived here. If you want to help me in the care of the countryside and if you know how to adapt to a somewhat spartan life, I can reciprocate with food and accommodation, I am not the owner of a farm and this small property is only my small ecological project that I carry out at an amateur level. I can host a single person in a small wooden cabin furnished and comfortable with external service, but if you come in a camper and are therefore independent for the accommodation I can also host two people.
  In addition to caring for the trees, we can plant a small vegetable garden to produce our own food and collect wild herbs that are excellent for preparing typical Apulian dishes and savory pizzas that we will cook in the wood oven. I have some laying hens. I like painting, building furniture with recycled wood, making candles and soaps with olive oil. I speak English but I would also like to learn other languages. In your free time you can visit Bari, the capital of Puglia and the beautiful villages that are located a few km from the countryside such as: Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Putignano, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino, and down by the sea Polignano, Monopoli, Torre Canne and others, for short trips I will provide bicycles. I will host for one/two weeks starting in September when the work in the olive grove will begin in preparation for the olive harvest for milling and oil extraction.

  Mi chiamo Anna e ho un piccolo terreno con ulivi e qualche albero da frutta situato sulle colline a pochi chilometri da Alberobello. Nel tempo e a livello amatoriale me ne occupo personalmente, piantando alberi ed arbusti, potando gli ulivi e ciliegi. Abbiamo un piccolo trullo con servizio alimentato con energia solare. Amo la mia campagna e me ne occupo personalmente . Il maggiore impegno è rappresentato dalla cura dell'uliveto che necessita di potature e sorveglianza continua per continuare a preservarlo dalla minaccia della Xilella, il virus che in Salento colpito gli ulivi e che fortunatamente qui non è arrivato. Se hai voglia di aiutarmi nella cura della campagna e se sai adattarti alla vita un po' spartana, posso ricambiare con vitto e alloggio, non sono titolare di una azienda agricola e questa piccola proprietà è solo il mio piccolo progetto ecologico che realizzo a livello amatoriale. Posso ospitare una sola persona in una piccola baita di legno arredata e confortevole con servizio esterno, ma se venite in camper e siete quindi autonomi per l'alloggio posso ospitare anche due persone.
  Oltre alla cura degli alberi potremo piantare un piccolo orto per produrre il nostro cibo e raccogliere erbe spontanee che sono ottime per la preparazione di tipici piatti pugliesi e pizze salate che cucineremo nel forno a legna. Ho delle galline ovaiole. Mi piace dipingere, costruire mobili con legno di recupero, fare candele e saponi con olio di oliva. Parlo inglese ma mi piacerebbe anche imparare altre lingue. Nel vostro tempo libero potrete visitare Bari, capoluogo della Puglia ed i bellissimi borghi che si trovano a pochi km dalla campagna ovvero: Alberobello, Castellana grotte, Putignano, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino, e giù a mare Polignano, Monopoli, Torre Canne ed altri,per i piccoli spostamenti metto a disposizione delle biciclette.
  Ospito per una/due settimane a partire da settembre quando inizieranno i lavori nell'uliveto in preparazione della raccolta delle olive per la molitura e l'estrazione dell'olio.

Produzione di saponi artigianali a base di olio di oliva, laboratori di pittura ed acquerello botanico.

  We are in the Murgia dei Trulli area, a few km from Castellana Cave, Alberobello, Polignano and Monopoli. The area between the hills and the sea is splendid and full of attractions. Our residence is in Bari, a very beautiful and lively city to visit. You will feel like family.
