Hello, my name is Vicky, I am 20 years old and I have just graduated from school and am now looking for a challenge to develop myself further and to strengthen my self-confidence. At the same time I want to do something meaningful, get to know new people and their way of life and culture. WWOOFing is the best way for me to combine all my interests and help the local people.
Even as a child, I spent a lot of time at the riding stables in our small town and got to know how to handle horses and life in the stables. In over seven years, I was able to gain an insight into farm life and always enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, I have not been able to pursue this hobby for the last few years, but now I would like to spend more time in nature with animals again. I am very fond of animals and have had rabbits myself for several years. I also like to bake, cook, read and am interested in art.
I am also a quick learner and open to new experiences, even if I can be shy at first. I am also reliable, resilient and flexible.

Last year I spent three months on a horse farm in Canada, so I am already familiar with farm work. I took care of the horses and the stable work and looked after the riding students. As well as working with the horses, I also looked after the sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits and cows. I really enjoyed this work, which is why I would now like to work on a farm again.
