Motivated to learn about permaculture and sustainable living, while experiencing local customs and traditions. I'm also passionate about baking sourdough and other naturally leavened breads, healthy cooking, nature hikes, art, literature, and meeting great people! I love having real discussions and soaking up as much as I can.
I do best being around open minded individuals who also constantly desire to grow and improve themselves. Volunteering for me is an opportunity to meet new fascinating people, see how they live their lives, and what it is that drives them in the morning.

Que habilidades tienes?
I have experience gardening and landscaping, as well as with construction. I'm currently learning about permaculture and how to grow/harvest tropical fruits, as well as what it takes to live off the grid (Composting, rain collection, adobe houses, the mental isolation, and also the fun personal growth that is accompanied). Additionally, I have social media/photoshop skills and have studied engineering in school, so I am knowledgeable in electronics, and different mechanical systems. I have also worked at various restaurants including a neapolitan pizzeria, and a Lebanese restaurant; my most beloved dishes to cook being falafels, pasta, different dips, soups, and sandwiches!
