  We are a lodging located on the sidewalk of Havana, in the municipality of San Luis-Antioquia. Our emphasis is Agroecology and beekeeping, we love the forest, the river, music, art, gastronomy.
  
  Our farm hotel is a family dream that has come true over the years. We are a couple: Vera of 33 and David of 40 years; accompanied by two naughty and beautiful dogs Bonnie and Clyde.
  
  We are located 2 and half an hour (115 km) from Medellín by the Medellín Bogotá highway, on the Havana side of the Municipality of San Luis - Antioquia. In the middle of a part of the tropical rainforest of Colombia and in front of the river. Very close to different places of tourist and cultural interest, including the Rio Clear Canyon, the Cuba waterfall and hundreds of natural pools. In the place you can enjoy adventure tourism, hiking, rafting, rappelling, bird watching, flora classification, among others.
  
  We have 23 hectares of natural forest, a natural refuge for wildlife and environmental conservation. You can find anteaters, titis monkeys, otters, eagles, owls, more than 200 species of wildlife. In Antioquia there are 15% of the birds of the planet, 679 species of birds of the 1484 of the birds registered in Colombia.
  
  We are an integral farm: the main productive activity of our farm is beekeeping activities. We work with African bees and stingless bees (meliponas). We also have organic crops, happy chickens, ducks, worms, goats and fish.
  
  We have camping, private accommodation and community accommodation where you can exchange with other volunteers and guests on cultural, gastronomic and language issues.

  Somos un hospeaje ubicado en la vereda la Habana, del municipio de San luis- Antioquia. Nuestros enfasis son la Agroecología y apicultura, amamos el bosque, el río, la música, el arte, la gastronomía.
  
  Nuestra granja hotel es un sueño familiar que se ha hecho realidad a lo largo de los años. Somos pareja: Vera de 33 y David de 40 años; acompañados de dos traviesos y hermosos perros Bonnie y Clyde.
  
  Estamos ubicados a 2 y media hora (115 Km) de Medellín por la autopista Medellín Bogotá, en la vereda la Habana del Municipio de San Luis – Antioquia. En medio de una parte de la selva húmeda tropical de Colombia y al frente del río. Muy cerca a diferentes lugares de interés turístico y cultural, entre ellos el Cañón de Rio claro, la cascada la cuba y cientos de charcos naturales. En el lugar puedes disfrutar turismo de aventura, caminatas, rafting, rapel, avistamiento de aves, clasificación de flora, entre otros.
  
  Tenemos 23 hectáreas de bosque natural, un refugio natural para la fauna silvestre y la conservación ambiental. Podrás encontrar osos hormigueros, monos titis, nutrias, águilas, búhos, más de 200 especies de fauna silvestre. En Antioquia se encuentra el 15% de las aves del planeta, 679 especies de aves de las 1484 de las aves registradas en Colombia.
  
  Somos una granja integral: la principal actividad productiva de nuestra finca son las actividades apícolas. Trabajamos con abejas africanas y abejas sin aguijón (meliponas). También tenemos cultivos orgánicos, gallinas felices, patos, lombrices, cabras y peces.
  
  Contamos con camping, alojamiento privado y un alojamiento comunitario donde puedes intercambiar con otros voluntarios y huéspedes sobre temas culturales, gastronómicos e idiomas.

  Intercambio cultural y oportunidades de aprendizaje

  Volunteers can benefit by learning from the activities of the hotel farm, they can learn from beekeeping and meliponicultura, which is the work with stingless bees. They can also learn about bioconstruction and agroecology.
  
  In the area you can also know the local culture and enjoy natural destinations, such as waterfalls and puddles.
  
  Finally, volunteers will have the opportunity to practice languages, especially Spanish.

  Los voluntarios de pueden beneficiar aprendiendo de las actividades propias de la finca hotel, pueden aprender de apicultura y meliponicultura, que es el trabajo con las abejas sin aguijón. De igual forma pueden aprender de bioconstrucción y agroecología.
  
  En la zona puede conocer también la cultura local y disfrutar de los destinos naturales, como cascadas y charcos.
  
  Finalmente los voluntarios tendrán la oportunidad de practicar los idiomas, en especial el español.

  Ayuda

  The volunteers will support some tasks of the hotel farm, according to their skills, tastes and interests.
  They will be able to do tasks such as Gardening, General Maintenance, Help in the farm, Language practice, Construction and maintenance of websites, Graphic arts projects, Creation and strengthening of dissemination and promotion strategies, Help in bioconstruction, Help with creation and strengthening of clean energies.
  
  Monday through Friday from 8am to 12m would be the work schedule for volunteers. It can be negotiated.
  
  Los voluntarios apoyaran algunas tareas de la finca hotel, de acuerdo a sus habilidades, gustos e intereses.
  Podrán hacer tareas como Jardinería, Mantenimiento general, Ayuda en la granja, Práctica de idiomas, Construcción y mantenimiento de sitios web, Proyectos de artes gráficas , Creación y fortalecimiento de estrategias de divulgación y promoción, Ayuda en bioconstrucción, Ayuda con creación y fortalecimiento de energías limpias.
  
  De lunes a viernes de 8am a 12m sería el horario de trabajo para los voluntarios. Se puede negociar.
