  • Description

Always curious and looking to learn, meet new people, make new connections, and explore the world. Jack of all trades looking for working holiday experience in varying roles including equestrian, handyman, engineering, creative, outdoors activities, and anything else that piques my interest. Find me forever wandering, exploring the world one place at a time, and taking photos along the way. Always be curious.

Willing to try and do pretty much anything at least once; always looking for new challenges and ideas. I like variety, an active day to day life, and being able to try new things while learning from the people around me. Some of my varied hobbies include horse riding, yoga, rock climbing, powerlifting, hiking, scuba diving, snowboarding, photography, tech, building/engineering, traveling, and auto racing, to name a few. I'm a pretty avid traveller, having been to 41 countries and 33 US states, while I am 31 years old (trying to keep up a pace of at least 1 for each year haha!)

Open to all sorts of work, though I'd say my preference would be equestrian work as a main role, and/or building/engineering hands on stuff. In Australia I worked for a cabinetmaker as well as a structural landscaper, so I love get hands on and building/making/repairing stuff. I also have worked and rode at a few horse riding stables in the UK and Ireland for a while and absolutely loved it, so I wouldn't mind continuing to improve my equestrian skills and knowledge. I also built an 18 ton horse truck from the chassis up, that can take 6 horses and has a full living area, so something like that (engineering/designing/building/project managing) would be cool to do again too! But don't think it's just that; throw literally any random job at me and I'll give it my best go! I have a masters degree in product design and a bachelors degree in engineering. I also try to freelance as a photographer and designer on the side but it's more of a hobby currently.

I really am looking forward to being able to dive deeper into the countries and cultures around the world and meet amazing people and see fantastic places.

Looking forward to meeting some awesome people here through Workaway, and having lots of enriching experiences!
