Hi, I'm Tess! I'm 18 years old and grew up mostly in California but have also lived in the Netherlands, Australia, the UK and Canada! I moved out about a year ago and worked farming/planting trees for a while before starting traveling.
I'm currently on my 7th month of solo traveling! I've been in Europe, Asia, and Oceania so far and looking forward to exploring much more!
I have experience with various types of work, including tree farming, cooking, fruit farming, working on vineyards, tractor driving and other machinery, some construction, childcare, animal care, lifeguarding, teaching English, and helping out with nonprofit organizations. Some of this comes from workaway/wwoof and some comes from paid jobs I have had in the past.
I am happy to help with whatever you need, I am very flexible and I love learning new things and gaining experience in different areas!

I worked on tree farms, specifically with evergreen and orange trees, so am able to maintain and care for trees. I have experience with power tools, driving machinery and some construction. I have cared for children of various ages and backgrounds, taught English and can cook meals for all sorts of diets, teach languages, play, etc. I have also cared for chickens, ducks, a donkey, rabbits, cats, and lots of dogs. I have no problem with doing physical work, and have spent a lot of time doing garden work/landscaping.

Tess and Elea were great to have stay and mature, keen to work and constantly offering to help out, cook, clean as well as being fun and interesting. Definitely recommend both of them as workawayers.

Tess was fun and energetic, always keen to get involved and help however she could. She was great with the dogs and spent lots of time loving, playing and supporting them. She gave the best doggie hugs and never feared away from getting her hands dirty and getting jobs done.

What can I say , Tess and Elea were SO lovely to host. For their ages they have such great attitudes , initiative, maturity but mostly such sweet humans! I'd have loved to have had them longer, their aura was a pure delight.
