Description
Hi! My name is Sophie and I am 24 years old from the US. I plan to study medicine in the United States in August 2025, but right now I am taking a break from my studies to work remotely and travel. I have spent the last year living in Colombia working as an English teaching assistant at a university. I speak English, Spanish, and a little bit of Portuguese and I am studying French. My dream is to be a global health physician and be involved in health education and humanitarian projects around the world.

I have years of experience working with children as a camp counselor, running coach, tutor, and teacher. I taught English at the university level for one year in Colombia. I am good at coordinating events and service projects and love to communicate with people from different parts of the world and learn about new cultures and languages.

I exercise regularly and would also be interested in helping with any physical tasks such as farming or cleaning. I regularly cook for myself and would like to learn more cooking skills and learn how to make dishes from different cultures.
