Hey, my name is Sophia and I am 26 years old. I consider myself a kind-hearted, empathetic, passionate and free-spirited person.

I love having deep conversations about love, relationships, nature, the meaning of life, traveling, etc. Having gone through a big healing journey myself, I've been very interested in holistic health, spirituality and reconnecting with nature.

Beginning of last year, I made some major life changes – I left my old life behind; quit my job, sold all my belongings and decided to fully start over and create a more meaningful life for myself overseas.

One of my core values is to unapologetically follow my own heart - even if that means living a less conventional life that forces me to regularly exit my comfort zone.
As challenging as that can be - it also makes me grow so much as a person and brings me closer to my dreams.

What I love most about (solo) traveling is meeting so many people from all over the world and getting inspired by their stories and their way of living. I love learning from different cultures and expanding my horizon.

One of my biggest visions in life is to build a sustainable community in nature together with like-minded people. I want to create a slow, joyful life with meaningful connections and stay away from the fast paced hustle culture.

My purpose on this platform is to look for places where I can help in hands-on ways, share my heart and experience peaceful daily rhythms while helping and learning from others. :-)

• housekeeping/cleaning (4 months at a creative farm stay in the australian bush)
• teaching English (10 months volunteering at a primary school in India)
• gardening/farming (on a permaculture farm in India)
• working in an organic food store
...as well as some babysitting, bartending, doing pottery, photography, social media, etc. :-)
