I am a friendly and open-minded person. I am rather calm and I love cooking, hiking, acroyoga, climbing, board games... I am easy-going and I don’t mind doing almost any kind of work. After I graduated from school, I did my community service (1 year) in a living and working community for disabled people, instead of joining the army. Afterwards, I started my apprenticeship to become a plumber, heating mechanic, gas fitter, and drainlayer. (In Germany, all these professions are unified.) Currently, I am in Canada on a Working Holiday scheme. I'll be in Canada until the end of October 2026.
During my travels in Colombia, Peru, and many countries in South East Asia, including Hawaii and New Zealand, I worked in different jobs. I learned a lot about different cultures and about myself. I also had the chances to learn about "new" religions and beliefs. I am a Christian but very interested in spirituality of any kind and environmental issues, since we cannot live without a healthy environment.

I am a fully trained plumber, heating mechanic, gas fitter, and drainlayer, with work experience in Germany, Hawaii, and New Zealand.
I was a volunteer in a Camphill Community in Ireland, looking after people with special needs. Afterwards, I worked in a similar community for 6 months back in Germany.
During my volunteering year and afterwards, I learned how to care for children and grown-ups, how to handle children with challenging behaviors, and more.
I have some skills and experience in repairing bikes, gardening, and farming.
I am able to do any work needed in a household (cooking, baking, cleaning, washing, sewing, etc.).
In Korea, I volunteered in a hostel for 3 months, and I replaced the hostel manager while she was on a 2-week holiday. In Lima (Peru), I also worked in a hostel for 2 months. So, I am familiar with any kind of work that needs to be done and taken care of in a hostel.
