I will be in Italy, Tesero from April and looking to find travel buddies. This is my first time going to Italy.

Positive mindset and learning to live more in flow of life/universe especially through new environments and experiences which allow me to grow and help others more.
Love a good mix of celebrating life through seriousness/ deep conversations and as much fun and laughter as possible.
Currently exploring my new passion for the nature/environment. Latest volunteer position in the UK was called Community Fridge to distribute surplus food from supermarkets in a community setting which allowed me to experience a very positive environment of connecting to others whilst being conscious of the planet Earth.

Have been living and working in Sweden and will be in Italy from April at least for the season and it would be nice to connect to any travel buddies.

Saving money to finally travel more and maybe learn no sail ☀️🥳

I have lived in the UK for a large part of my life so my English is at a professional level including excellent written English and computer skills.
Also briefly lived in Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium so I have beginner level German language skills (I am sure that it would improve as I was able to communicate at a good level 20 years ago).

Previous work experience include customer service and direct work with children and adults (including disabilities and trauma), teaching English (informally) as well as other informal teaching roles, cleaning (offices and domestic), interpreting, office work (very confident with computers), waitress in a restaurant, bar work. With regards to hospitality I have also worked in a concierge company for a bank for approximately 4 years. I have some experience of voluntary work helping in gardens and would love to learn more about sustainable growing.

My biggest passion is connecting with fellow humans from all backgrounds and walks of life as well as helping and empowering individuals on their journey. I am now developing more my love for the nature and have a new passion of sustainable growing and farming as well as more involvement with environmental changes. I love to be be active and exploring new places, walking and hiking as well as having fun and dancing. My positive attitude and humour shines through my daily life and work. I am hardworking and have a solution focused mindset whenever challenges arise.

References- one informal workaway experience from friend who has an eco resort in Croatia. Duties included engaging with clients and helping to organize the resort as well as cleaning and helping to prepare meals. Other work references can be provided if required.

More details about my language interests
I have an online TEFL certificate and have informal experience teaching English to children and adults I have a natural ability and plenty of patience to teach someone especially understanding that everyone has their own learning style. I would like to start learning Italian so it would be great to find a travel buddy in Italy who would like to practice English or Russian in exchange. Unless it is a rare occasion that somebody might want to learn Latvian (small country and language spoken only there) :)
