Hello!
My name is Sam and a University student at NYU Tisch. I’m a Film major with a double major in Dramatic Writing. I spent my last summer abroad in Florence studying classical painting and lived in South America when I was younger.

I'm also a huge animal lover. I'm vegetarian and an animal rights activist. I have two dogs (on my bio picture!) and five cats and spent most of my early teens volunteering at an animal shelter. There, I walked the dogs, took care of them, and helped them get adopted. I even ended up adopting one of the older dogs myself.

I also love children! I used to tutor after school and have helped kids with special needs before as well (I volunteered at a place called The Friendship Circle in Miami.)

My travel experiences include a three month trekking trip in Nepal (Annapurna circuit), Kathmandu, Patan, etc..

I'm also very adventurous person. I love to hike, swim, and scuba dive.

The reason why i'm on Workaway is because I like to meet people from different parts of the world, learn about different cultures, and share my passions with others.

I tutored students ranging from elementary to middle school in reading comprehension and essay skills for about a year. I have two dogs, five cats, and have volunteered in animal shelters before and fostered dogs.
I'm bilingual - Spanish, English, and a little bit of Italian.
I write, paint, and play some acoustic guitar. I'm also very disciplined and organized!

Most of all, I'm a fast learner and always eager to acquire new skills that you're looking for.
