Ready to Write the Next Chapter! Hi there, we are Ferran and Minerva a friendly couple from Barcelona (well, a city next to it to be precise: Badalona)!

What we are doing: We have embarked on a trip together accross South East Asia starting January 2024 and we are eager to find out more about the places we visit, meet nice souls and exchange knowledge and experiences thanks to workaway. We are looking for a nice atmosphere and individuals with stimulating projects where we can contribute. Be sure that we will try to treat your project with as much passion as we can!

What we've done: Ferran is an architect but is currently teaching technology in a High School. Minerva studied International Business and helps small firms that want to start exporting. We are both in a career break. We've been together for 5 years and have a very healthy relationship, so no dramas ;) We've both travelled together and in our own. At home, we take part in neighbourhood activities, enjoy cooking and baking, are a shelter house for cats and have tried to grow our own veggies in the backyard (with little success as it is an urban garden).

What we like: Ferran likes baking and is a great tennis table player. Minerva is a passionate language learner, loves gastronomy, plants and is a cat lover. Both of us enjoy dancing lindy hop (swing) and blues, that's actually how we met.

Looking for: 2 week long Workaway in the Philippines around April/May. 2 week long Workaway in Indonesia end May or June. We are open to very short workaway stays in other part of SouthEast Asia.

What you can expect from us: We are both handy (being an architect Ferran has obviously a large competitive advantage ;) ). We may help you with renovation, general maintenance, gardening and can also give you a hand with animals or running your small bussines, farm, or accommodation! If you are building an eco-house or hut, eco-tourism, that's a project that would catch our attention! By the way, Ferran has been wanting to learn how to weld for some time now.
