We’re a couple aged 23 and 22 from the UK, travelling together and excited to experience new places, cultures, and ways of living. What motivates us most is learning through real experiences - helping out and meeting new people.
We love being surrounded by nature in any form - mountains, countryside, forests, the sea, or even just a quiet garden. We both love food and enjoy cooking together, whether that’s trying new recipes, learning local dishes, or sharing meals with others around the table.
We’re very social and open people who enjoy meeting new people, exchanging stories, and learning about different cultures. We’re also both interested in languages and love picking up new words and expressions wherever we go.
Animals bring us a lot of joy, especially cats, and we’re always happy to help with animal care if needed. We’re respectful, positive, and motivated workers who take pride in contributing properly and helping where we’re needed.
For us, Workaway is about connection, learning, and meaningful experiences - and we’re excited to share our energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm with our hosts.

Rory brings a hands-on and creative skill set. He has experience in painting and decorating, general manual labour, and is confident with physical work and practical tasks. He also has a strong background in cooking, having worked as a pizza chef, and enjoys preparing meals for groups. In addition, Rory has media skills, which can be useful for content creation, photography, or helping hosts with online presence and promotion.
Iola has excellent customer service skills and extensive experience working in high-end restaurants. She is confident with waiting tables, has good wine knowledge, and is comfortable working in fast-paced, professional environments. Alongside this, she has skills in graphic design, which can be helpful for menus, signage, social media, or other creative projects.
Together, we work well as a team, communicate clearly, and are adaptable to different types of tasks. We’re happy to help wherever we’re needed and enjoy learning new skills along the way.
