Description
Hi, I come from the rocky mountains of Colorado, USA, where I grew up with a special connection with nature. She is my savior, my teacher and guide, my medicine. I wish to become the best steward of the land that I can be, and return the gifts I have been given. My love for growing and tending plants goes back 15 years, when i worked at a family owned nursery/greenhouse for 5 seasons. Then, 7 years ago I rediscovered my passion when I WWOOFed in Hawaii for 2 years. They were the best times of my life, I learned so much about not only organic farming, but permaculture and sustainable living. Since then, I have WWOOFed in the Netherlands, Colorado, and new York state, and also some paid farm work in Colorado, learning about high altitude and low water farming.
Now I am in south America, on a healing path, and my heart and soul are calling me to get my hands back in the soil and nature that special connection, learning all that I can, finding connection and community, and plugging into the deeper purpose that I was meant to be a part of. I am dedicated to this work, especially growing clean and nutritious food for the community
