I am organic, free range, simple, kind, gentle, authentic, and mindful. I am on a healing journey. I have immense gratitude for life and for nature, she has given me so much and I wish to return the favor, and become the best steward of the land that I can be. I want to learn all I can about living sustainably off the grid, and aligned with the energy of earth, and develop all the skills I can that will support that path. My passion is growing clean, nutritious food, but this is currently as far as my skills and knowledge reach.

Ive spent a few years learning about biodynamic/regenerative farming, permaculture, and the like, working on various organic farms in my home state of Colorado, new York state, and Hawaii. Though my fascination with all things plants goes back over 15 years, where I first dug into the dirt at a small commercial greenhouse for 5 seasons, seeding and tending to vegetable starts.

Im manifesting a place (or places) to land where I can reconnect with myself and with nature, eat a clean and locally grown diet, work hard and diligently, and have some kind, like-minded people around to co-create with and learn from. I want to share the gifts I have, and discover more of my gifts, be inspired and inspire, grow as a person

When Im not farming, I am indulging in live music and dancing, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and traveling to learn about other cultures. I am in love with South America, particularly Peru and Ecuador. In my youth I was a cook for 15 years and lived and played in ski towns for a decade.

Work trade has proven to be the best way I know to help lead me toward my dream, learning and practicing the way of life I wish to grow old living. Maybe I will start a homestead or small working farm of my own someday, or maybe I will join an already established slice of paradise long term.

My life and perspective were forever changed in 2019 when I was drawn to the big island of Hawaii to Wwoof for 2 years, I was hooked. It was empowering to be free from the system/society and the city, living happier and healthier than I had been in my life, eating clean off the land no paychecks or paying taxes, just directly receiving the bounty of hard and righteous work, feeling so much growth and purpose, meeting wonderful people, and learning something new every day, not only about farming, but about life in a different part of the world, native culture, on and on...

My old Hawaiian friend always said, "mo bettah work for da land, not work for da man".

At the very least, I would love to plant little seeds wherever I travel, and collect seeds of my own to nurture as I go through life.

Anthony visited us for 2 days, instead of the 12 we spoke about before. He communicated very well that he'd arrive a day later than planned so that was no problem.
