Description
Hi Workaway! I'm Rio — a 33-year-old web designer, yoga teacher, and wellness practitioner based in Montreal, Canada.
I have over 10 years of experience in web design, marketing and social media. I’ve worked arts and wellness industries— helping people bring their ideas to life both online and on the ground.
In 2020, I shifted my path to focus on wellness and became a full-time Naturopath. I offer sessions that include yoga, breathwork, and bodywork like craniosacral therapy and reflexology. I currently run a private wellness practice and teach online courses in somatic healing.
In addition to wellness and design, I’m also a musician. I love collaborating on projects that support community, creativity and personal growth.
I've done Workaway in Peru and Guatemala, where I taught yoga, led wellness sessions, and worked as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator for retreat centers. I’ve also worked as a live-in nanny and have 14 years of childcare experience.
I hold a BA in Philosophy & Religious Studies and a diploma in Sound Design & Event Management. As well as many certifications in Nutrition, Somatics, Naturopathy and holistic wellness.
I'm looking for opportunities in Bali where I can contribute my skills — whether that’s teaching, supporting events, helping with marketing/design, or lending a hand around the house or garden.
