Description
I'm new to Workaway, and I'm really looking forward to a first stay. I studied behavioral psychology and right now I'm working at the Utrecht University as projectmanager student wellbeing. I'm someone who's interested in why people do the things they do, and I want to make the world a little better, in every small way possible.
I’m a curious person who likes to be around others and work together. I’ve done a master’s degree, but I feel more and more drawn to working with my hands, learning practical skills, and being outside in nature. I enjoy learning by doing, and I’m not afraid to put in the work when something matters to me.
I would really like to learn more bush skills (making a fire etc) !!
These days, I’m trying to live more in line with what I find important. That means making space for yoga and meditation, and consciously spending less/no time behind screens. I love reading, going for long walks, playing the piano, and crocheting; things that help me slow down and feel grounded.
I want to feel more at home in nature and in my own life. I’m learning to live less from fear and more from trust, to take risks, and to meet challenges with openness. I’m a good listener and I value honest connections with the people around me.

I work hard and genuinely enjoy learning new things; I usually pick them up quickly. I don’t mind getting my hands dirty or taking on tasks that others might shy away from. I communicate easily, enjoy connecting people, and I naturally look for solutions rather than focusing on problems.
