Hi,
We are Jenny and Matt, residents of Alaska who are in South America for the summer season. Avid travelers, pursuers of adventure sports, and hardworkers who are always looking to acquire new skills, we have come to South America to expand our Spanish language skills and become a small part of your community and offer our help and skillsets on whatever projects you may have! We love making new friends and learning about other cultures. We are opened-minded and excited to learn more about the world and especially the rich and diverse landscape of South America!

Matt: I have worked at many different places through workaway and have gained many different skills. While I have done mostly construction and farming work in the past I am always excited to learn about new things.

Jenny: I am an avid traveler, hardworker, and community orientied person who is always willing to learn new skills and make new friends! I have spent many years working in peoples homes as a nanny and housekeeper. I have also worked extensively in animal husbandry, with dogs, horses, and birds. With experience in construction as well, I have a wide set of skills to offer! Always interested in learning more and becoming a useful part of a community!

Matt and Chennery are a sweet couple who helped me with different small tasks around my land. Matt had the initiative to build a nice small oven out of concrete blocks and clay. It turned out great and the pizza they made in the new oven was delicious! .. Thank you for all guys

We spent one week chilling with Gerardo. After several weeks of hard traveling it was exactly what we needed. The work is mellow: mostly weeding, with a little chopping firewood mixed in. We also enjoyed Carnaval in Cajabamba where we stayed at Gerardo's aunt's house for a night. Great experience! Thanks Gerardo
