Description
Hi! My name is Natalie, and I am a recent university graduate from Dallas, Texas, USA taking time off to travel the world before I enter the workforce full time. I love spending time outside, trying new things, and connecting with people!
My journey so far:
I've been abroad since September, and have been lucky enough to visit Spain, Morocco, Italy, Germany, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, and South Korea. In Italy, I did my first work exchange (through WWOOF, Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms) and loved every minute! Not only was the work fulfilling and enriching, but intimately getting to know the farmer and his family was a truly beautiful experience I hope to have again.
Since Christmas, I have been staying in Seoul, South Korea to see family (I'm half Korean) and save up for the next leg of my trip. I have a remote job tutoring English that I do most days, and spend the rest of my time exploring the city and hanging out with my cousins.
For me, getting to meet new people and experience their daily life has been the most rewarding part of traveling. I hope to do more through Workaway!
About me:
Beyond traveling, I love doing anything outside, whether hiking, climbing, swimming, biking, or just relaxing! Prior to leaving the country, I spent a month traveling the United States's western coast by van, visiting national parks and climbing along the way.
My other interests include books, movies, live music, theater, and dancing!

More details about your skills
I am fast learner and hard worker, and am eager to master any new skills you throw at me! At my last work exchange, I harvested olives, took care of pets (dogs/cats/chickens), and helped keep the farm spaces clean and organized. I enjoy the reward of physically demanding labor, and I'm not afraid to be outside and get my hands dirty.
Additionally, I am a great partner if you'd like to practice English conversation. I currently work for Ringle, one of South Korea's most prominent English tutoring companies, and have taught over 150 hours of lessons through the platform. I love getting to know new people, so I'm always happy for a long chat!
