Hi, I'm Matilde, and I'm 19. In 2024, I finished my last year of high school, so I decided to take a gap year to explore more and open up to new experiences. I live in Turin, a beautiful city in northern Italy near the mountains, which is why I love hiking, camping, skiing, and nature. I hope to start studying again in September, but in the meantime, why not travel more? During my gap year, I've worked in Slovenia, Norway and Crete, therefore now I want to explore new places and meet new people; hoping to get inspired and creative :)

I've just graduated from high school where I studied languages (English, Spanish and also German, although I can barely speak it).
I love DIY projects, nature and sports. I've recently worked with children at a summer camp, where I had to create games to entertain them, work collaboratively with my colleagues, and handle problems and tricky situations on my own. Through this experience, I've developed skills such as problem solving, time management, creativity, and, of course, teamwork. I've also had the opportunity to work in a campsite and in a restaurant, thanks to these opportunities, I went out of my comfort zone, exploring new aspects of myself :)

In addition to this, I have also experience with pet sitting, a bit of gardening, painting, cleaning, and using Microsoft software :)
