Hello, I’m woman, in his early fifties, mature, open minded, healthy, creative, passionate, responsible, organize, with a great sense of humor and caring person. I enjoyed nature, ocean and like meeting people from around the world. I loved to travel. I'm very interested in raw food, try new recipes, about different things that help to be healthier. I don't have special foods requirement. I'm very interested also by how to do cacao ceremony & all about ceremonial and healing. For sure, I loved learn new things to open and improve more my creativity and consciousness

My mission is to spread Joy, Laugh and more Consciousness in this world and beyond ; )

I LOVE leading retreats, and this is one of the reason why I enjoy to add new training & tools to my rainbow. To depend the occasion or the needs, I can create it.

-I'm doing Childplay yoga, to different places in a world. 
-Chakra dance & Ecstatic dance
-I also do Palliatives care. ((( BUT RIGHT NOW I'm in vacation of Palliatives care)))

I did a lot of volunteer in B&B, meditation centers, a yoga festival, hospital long-term care, schools, with elders, and specials occasions to Toronto, BC, Alberta, USA, France, Morocco, India, Quebec and New Brunswick

-I did my own website, and I have some computer skill
-I love to take picture and do video

-I led many retreats, classes and workshops in France and BC few years ago. I'm ready to bring it to the world.
I facilitated many classes of Access Bars and Body processes Access Consciousness

I don't smoke any substance 

I speak French, English, really basic Spanish, few words Arabic, and always ready to learn more. I travelled to Canada, Mexico, New Mexico, USA, BC, Alberta, France, India, Canaries Islands, Portugal, Morocco and so on. I enjoyed to do sailing in "Golf du Morbihan" and around in France.

During my travel, I took care sometimes of children. I really enjoy my time with them in India, we didn't have so much vocabulary in common but doesn't matter, our hearts and souls were connected. 

I did sail/sitting few times in France. I have my 1st-degree NAUI.

I also worked like an assistant office to Shambhala Europe.

I did many B&B/house/pet sitting since 2000 and I have a lot of experiences. In France, I did house/pet sitting the duration between 2 to 10 months on a farm of 3 hectares, and others places. I really enjoyed it!!! I was taking care of the pets/animals and the house (cleaned, painted, cooked, Feng Shui, ...), plants, garden, I made jam, tinned food, aperitif wine (yummy), gather grape and also I decorated and prepared everything for some anniversaries. I did house/pet sitting in Quebec, I took care of the house as well of 6 horses, 4 dogs, 10 cats, 1 pig, 1 sheep, and chicken.

I can help to take care, play, give love and attention to your children, elders, or/and pets. I can do a basic sewing. Possibility to do customer services, office duty, driving, prepare some meals.

I can also be your personal trainer for your health and well-being. We can make a special program using energetic treatment, yoga, breath, stretches, reflexology, consciousness and more. 

I have a driver license 5. 

It will be a pleasure to share with you.
