Hi!
My name is Manna and I work as a documentary filmmaker, producer, and programmer. I'm originally from the Netherlands, but after studying and traveling in different places around the world, I am calling Brussels home (for now). :) From August until January, I'll be exploring beautiful New Zealand!
A little bit about me: I love cinema, (analogue) photography, traveling, hiking in the mountains, swimming, reading, cooking, and sharing meals with others. I also really enjoy meeting new people, learning about different cultures and languages, and spending time in the mountains—especially since I come from one of the flattest countries in the world! I like to think of myself as a friendly, social, open-minded, and helpful person.
My skills and work experience are mainly in the creative field and hospitality (I've worked in many service roles and in different types of kitchens). I’m a hard worker, eager to learn, and open to all kinds of jobs and challenges. I would especially love to find a WorkAway opportunity where I can spend time outdoors, help out in a vegetable garden, or work in a kitchen—these are things I truly enjoy. I hope to become part of an inspiring WorkAway place where I can contribute meaningfully. I'm excited to share, learn, and create together with others. :)
