Description
Hello! We are Mads and Tilly, we are from Bristol, UK. We love to travel and want to keep exploring the globe together! We live on the same road so we have grown up together, and went backpacking in SE Asia together on our year out. Now, we've just finished our first year at university, and are continuing our backpacking in Europe this time! Our favourite part about travelling is the people we meet, learning about different cultures and making friends who live different lives to us. We would love to meet lots of communities around the world and help people in purposeful ways. We are very hard working, enthusiastic and love spending time in nature and the sunshine, so we would love getting stuck into whatever project you are working on.

Mads is studying physics and Tilly is studying biochemistry at university. We've both spent time mentoring children in maths and science. We love cooking for our families and are happy to help around the house with chores. We danced together for 13 years growing up, and we enjoy yoga and meditation.
Most of all, we would love to learn more about maintenance and gardening. We’re really active so we’re more than happy to get stuck into any physical, hands-on tasks. Tilly spent some time volunteering on an organic farm last year (and loved it), and we're both keen to learn even more about self-sufficiency and physical work. We love nature, hiking and being in the sunshine, and we are quick learners.

We had such a great time here. Vanita is so welcoming with a sense of community. We participated in several projects (for example the amazing treenet) and felt productive.
