I live in Calgary, Canada. I love nature in all its forms. Hiking, biking, swimming, paddling, great food, and exploring new cultures make me happy!!

I have always loved travelling for its adventure, discovery, connection, and new perspectives!

I worked a corporate job in the medical field for over 10 years and travelled when I could get time off. But it never felt right; I could never stay long enough in any destination to feel truly connected . Two years ago, I broke away from everything I had known to spend a few months in Mexico. I loved the opportunity to get to know a place and its people in a deeper way. Workaway seems like the perfect fit to continue my travels in this mindset!

I'm most motivated when I feel like I am helping people. If I can make someone's day better, even in some small way, I'm contented!

Being in nature is my purest form of happiness.

I also adore good food, good music, and good company; every place and every culture has their different versions of each, and it's so exciting to experience that diversity!

In both my work life and my personal life, I am engaging, kind, and curious.

I have solid knowledge - and great interest in - adventure (biking, hiking, paddling, camping), foraging, gardening, and cooking.

I love everything nature - I spend my recreational time camping, hiking, biking, paddling, and swimming.

Travelling is such an enrichment to life. It has taught me so much about myself (how to be self-sufficient, capable, and adaptable). It brings meaning and purpose to learn about ways of life, culture, and joy around the world. This is the ultimate form of connection and happiness - to learn from each other, help each other, and find our common humanity.

I also believe nothing brings people together like sharing food, drink, and music!
