Description

I‘m currently studying geography, because I want to learn more about our planet and the interaction between environment and humans. I want to get to know the things I learn during my studies and I also would love to improve my spanish, by working with locals.
So my motivation is to get a holistic view of the world by using my privilege to be able to expierence it by myself and not “only” through books or papers/ documentaries etc. Workaway is a great option to get to know “the real life” in each country and not only the touristic life :)

I have a bachelor’s degree in Geography and will be starting my master’s this fall. Over the past few months, I’ve also completed training to become an experiential education instructor. This means I now know a *lot* of games and nature-awareness activities, and I can lead fire workshops, canoeing sessions, and top-rope climbing.

My native language is German, and I also speak fluent English and a little Spanish.

So far, I’ve learned a lot of things theoretically and haven’t had as many opportunities to put them into practice. I’m really looking forward to getting more hands-on experience now and over the next few years.

I love being outside in the nature and doing sports like back country skiing and climbing. I also love dancing and cooking nice meals and sometimes I feel the urge of being creative as well - then I usually make jewlry by my self of crocheting something
