I was traning powerlifting back in the day. Now i am traning to be the strongest and be able to ride bike and walk for long dystance, time, days. I love to help others acheve what they want. I like to help people with nutrution and traning and being overall healthy. I like to do basic house tasks and helping my family and others. I like to spend time with kids and all new people to me. I love being around people.
