My name is Katya (22)
I am going on a 2-week vacation to Turkey in November (around 10 -30th) and I would love to find a close-to-nature place to stay for a few days or up to a week and help with whatever is needed.
Initially I was planning to hike eastern part of Lycian Way but had to postpone it due to an injury.

I've been a short-term volunteer before twice (once on a ESC program in Spain helping setting-up a local festival, the next time - as an english teacher in Laos). I loved my previous volunteer experience and would love to patricipate again. My main goal of taking part in volunteer projects is to establish connections with people and learn with their help.

Every time I've been a volunteer it made quite an impact on my life. For the last year I've been teaching English at a local refugee center for children, Moscow branch of Red Cross. I started doing that after a Laos project and can not be happier that I did. I put a lot of effort in making lessons fun and interactive so that children enjoy learning process.

I work as a business analyst in a bank, love capturing the world through photography and videos, do sports (tennis, biuldering, cycling), enjoy camping and hiking and in summer spend most of time outdoors. As for inside activities, I love cooking, films, reading and playing board games.

I would describe myself as a friendly and outgouing, very easy to get excited about new things.
As I spend most of my year in a densly populated capital, for my vacation I am looking for more rular authentic experience, outside of bigger cities.
I am an organised worker, ready to learn wherever needed.
