Hi I’m Jule (please call me Julie!) and I’m currently on my solo trip adventure in Canada. In 2024 I did my first solo backpacking trip through Europe and now I’m finally in Canada to live some time abroad. As I’m a very social and inquisitive person, I really want to try out workaway as an opportunity for a cultural exchange and new life experiences.
Traveling isn’t my only interest, as I constantly try out new activities and hobbies. My favorite activities are sports like gym, soccer, cycling, swimming, hiking and skiing but for a good balance I enjoy reading, puzzling, crocheting and similar things! My lifestyle and diet matter a lot to me, I always seek to be healthy and am a vegan/vegetarian.

I grew up in a large house with a BIG garden so there was always tons of work in the household! I can do cleaning jobs but also help renovating, outside I can do all types of gardening jobs! Before I left Germany I helped my family with flooring the new terrace, so I’m a quick learner with diverse tasks. As I love animals and grew up with a dog and also did pet-sitting cats, I’m able to take care about your lovely little ones (or big ones, depends on the breed)!
