Description
Hi, we’re Jan and Sophia from Cologne, Germany. Right now, though, the world is our home, because this year we’ve made a huge dream come true and are still in the middle of our biggest adventure yet: a one-year trip around the world!
We’d love to use Workaway to gain experience working with other travelers, supporting families, and helping to make great projects happen.
We’re hardworking, don’t shy away from any task, and don’t give up easily. -

Before our trip around the world, we really enjoyed doing DIY projects around the house. Jan also has a large family, and we’ve helped out with plenty of home renovations: tearing out a bathroom, removing tiles, stripping wallpaper, painting—we’ve done it all. So we have some handyman skills and aren’t afraid of hard work.
In her previous job, Sophia worked in marketing. So she has experience in that field and is happy to help out with digital marketing or social media. Jan worked as a supply chain manager: he’s great at organizing things and serves as our finance manager on this trip—because he loves numbers. -
