Hi I'm Helena, I'm young at heart, easy going and play well with people of all ages.
I grew up on an old farm in Sweden. I love to work with animals, big & small. I’m a self-starter and I'm used to working without supervision. I have a passion for upcycling furniture, paint etc to create appealing areas. Renovating, restoring, decorating has been a big part of my life. I have worked with interior /exterior renovation & decor projects for retail/restaurants/boats/homes in Sweden,UK & US. I'm artistic but also love to just paint, indoor or outdoor. If you have a sewing machine I'm happy to sew as well. I'm full with ideas in case you want to do brainstorming : D
I'm also a brain & health coach if you have a wellness / retreat community I would be happy to share my experience and training.

I am easy going, enjoy people of different cultures. As for diets, I generally prefer to eat healthy.

I do love improving things

Exterior/interior decor incl painting, wallpaper, floor/wall decor, murals, home styling. I'm artistic so can help create elaborate ideas too.
My creativity is my main talent, love to improve things, properties, spaces, the bigger the better.
Sewing, upholstery, upcycling, canvas for boats, and other textiles.
I have some computer skills and office experience. Websites are not one of them ; )
I can handle animals, love dogs, horses, cows, and pets. (rats and spiders, I can't handle 😊)
Also love to work in the garden, cutting back bushes, weeding, planting etc.
I love kids so child care is an option.
I am very flexible and easy going,
I try my best to create a relaxed, positive environment where ever I am.
I can cook fairly good, especially Swedish dishes.
