Hi! I'm an 18-year-old from Poland, passionate about both music and cooking.
I’ve been playing piano for over 6 years and guitar for more than 4. I recently finished high school in Poland with a focus on science and mathematics. I graduated from a State Music School in Poland and for the past year, I’ve also been teaching both instruments to children and teenagers. In addition to that, I lead my own pop band – I love to bring joy to others through sound and creativity.
However, in recent months, I’ve found a new passion: cooking. I cook at home every day and have been gradually exploring the art of both French and Italian cuisine. I’ve already tried my hand at dishes like ratatouille, croque monsieur, quiche Lorraine, and piadina wraps. While I've learned a lot, I deeply feel that to truly understand these cuisines, I need to experience them at their roots — from native cooks, using authentic ingredients, in real-life cultural settings.
I’m fascinated by how French cuisine combines technical finesse with creativity — the use of Dijon mustard, béchamel sauce, nutmeg, or a perfectly buttery croissant speaks of culinary craftsmanship I’d love to learn. On the other hand, Italian cooking captures my heart with its simplicity, elegance, and love for quality ingredients — whether it's fresh basil, Parmigiano Reggiano or handmade pasta.
My dream is to learn by helping — assisting in the kitchen, observing, and contributing to the daily rhythm of food preparation. I'm eager to absorb knowledge, improve my foreign language skills, and give my full energy to every task.
Besides music and cooking, I have work experience as:
a waiter in a busy restaurant for a year, where I learned about teamwork, time management, and guest service,
a garden and maintenance worker, responsible for:
maintaining orchards and trees (pruning, weeding),
chopping wood, clearing terrain,
using both manual and power tools (drills, pruners, gardening tools, etc.).
