Description
Based in Manchester, England. I’ve spent the last 7 years working in hospitality after completing a degree in Social Anthropology. 2 years ago I left my position as a bar manager and came to do a workaway in Sweden, working on cabin restoration and gardening. I fell in love with the life style, taking a strong interesting in cold water therapy and sauna culture, and have been back to the same host 4 times in between other travel / time in Manchester saving money. I am keen to travel to new places this summer and learn new skills / use and share what I’ve come to know over recent years.

Working in Sweden has given me skills such as cabin painting, cleaning and upkeep, gardening, basic carpentry skills but this is something I’m very keen to pursue and learn more about.

More about me - I’d love to find work with animals, I spent time around horses when I was younger and would really love to be able to ride / care for them again.
I love writing - my degree was based around a lot of fieldwork and ethnographic writing, and this is something i’m eager to do more of / love to discuss.
I enjoy singing and playing the guitar, and the opportunity to create music with others is something I’m very passionate about.
