Hi I‘m Emma!
It always was my dream to travel after finishing my A-Levels so I decided to choose ‘Work and Travel’ because I’d love to meet new people and see all kinds of countries.
My friends would describe me as open-minded, calm, friendly, loveable, respectful and warm-hearted.
In my free time I like to read, crochet and draw. Other than that I am interested in music and I play the piano. Recently I also started playing the ukulele and it is so much fun.
My favorite sport is volleyball and I also like doing yoga.
I love being in nature and to go for walks. We also have a beautiful garden where I love to hang out with my mom and my two cats.
My biggest interests in school were languages, especially English, and art.

I would describe my English speaking skills as pretty decent and could also help others to get better at German as it is my mother tongue.
I also help out in our garden with planting from time to time and I really like it and it is great to see things grow. But this is a skill I want to develop because I think I still could learn many new things.
I also love animals and taking care of them makes me happy as well!
I like to cook and I’ve been vegan since I’m 14 years old so I teached myself vegan cooking and baking from that age on. My friends especially love my brownies and always ask me to bring them to parties.
Another skill of mine is crafting little things to decorate my room. When I was thirteen I completely renovated my room. I painted my walls with my mom and then I put all my furniture in the and decorated my walls for two weeks until I was satisfied with the results. So you could say I really like doing that.

I like to play board games with my friends and family.
I like all kinds of movies but especially horror and coming-of-age movies such as ‘Call me by your name’.
