Hi! We’re Emma and Matilda and both 21. We are two Friends who are originally from Hamburg, Germany.

Emma is currently studying Psychology and Business in the USA and is active in track and field. Matilda is studying Pedagogy and has a strong love for learning and exploring new cultures.

We both love traveling, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures. We are open-minded, easygoing, and enjoy being part of a team. Animals are a big part of our lives—Emma has experience with horses and Matilda grew up with dogs—so we feel very comfortable around animals and enjoy helping care for them.

We are reliable, motivated, and happy to help wherever needed, whether it’s practical work, helping around the house, outdoor projects, or working with animals. For us, Workaway is about sharing experiences, learning from each other, and having a positive and fun time together.

We’re excited to meet new people and contribute to a Workaway experience!

We are both motivated, active and reliable people who are happy to help with whatever tasks need to be done. We enjoy helping with everyday work around the house and are comfortable supporting a wide range of tasks. We are sporty, fit and not afraid of physical work. We both have experience working with animals and feel confident and patient around them, including horses. We also enjoy working with people and get along well in different environments.
We are very open-minded and flexible and happy to learn new skills in any area whether it’s gardening, working with animals, helping around the house, supporting with children, or other daily activities. We are quick learners and adapt easily to new situations.
In addition to the skills we already have, we are always excited to gain new experiences, learn from our hosts and take on new challenges. We speak fluent English and have basic knowledge of Spanish, and we value cultural exchange and communication.
