Hi, my name is Elise :)

I am travelling around europe with my van ! This year i'm in Italy !

My travels are mainly oriented toward discovering the wine regions of Italy, i'm a newly sommelier so this trip is like studying but in the best way possible ! i get to try amazing wine, learn how it's made, i work in farms and discover food specialities....

My current goal is to learn how to farm (permaculture, agroforestry, regenerative techniques...) because I want someday to have my own farm and restaurant ! But for now I want to explore around and learn through people experiences. I'm very interested in alternative way of living, and self sustainable communities.

I travel slowly, stop in certain places to work and workaway, experience the daily life. It's the best way to trully connect with the people, the place and to discover the particularities of each regions. i'm happy to get involved in local projects, to not just pass by, but also give back what i can !
