Description
Hello! We are Dune and Antoine from Switzerland !
We are a young couple (Dune 25 and Antoine is 26) taking 5 month unpaid holidays to travel around Asia. Dune is a language teacher at a secondary school. Antoine has been working as a polymecanicist in a watch manufacture in the research and development department for about 11 years now. We both wanted to take a little break to discover the world and experience new adventures!
In our free time we like running, hiking and camping together. Dune also enjoys creative activities such as painting, making jewelry and sewing. She always has a book in her bag! Romance and polars are her favorite genres. She lives in a shared flat and loves deep and long conversations. Antoine enjoys cooking and trying new sports! (Climbing, soccer, hockey,…) He is currently developing his ideas in 3D printing and he likes learning new skills! We both love being in the nature and spending time with our friends and families!
We are looking for a first Workaway experience and are open about every suggestions! We would love to find a stay where we can contribute to nature and/or animal protection. Our goal is to find a more ethical way to travel, to enjoy a new place and meet local people and other travelers.

In my work I develop my precision skills and my imagination to look for solutions. During my studies I improved my skills to manage a team. With my grandfather I learned to manage big mechanics by restoring old trains. My family always asks me to help them to carry heavy stuff. I also have a truck driving licence for the 7.5 tonnes max or for busses until 17 people or for trailers.
As a language teacher Dune enjoys learning and teaching! During her studies she worked in various different places as a waitress and a tour guide in a brewery. She would love to develop her manual skills more and learn about flora and fauna.
We both are hard working and we give a lot when we are involved in a project!
