Hi there!

We are a Portuguese couple, Daniela (29) and Miguel (28) 👋👋 looking for new long term opportunities for October and the upcoming months.

I’m Dani. I worked in human resources management for over 5 years, however my last job in the Netherlands was as an kitchen assistant for 7 months. I enjoy cooking for people and love adding a personal touch to meals 🍳 I also enjoy DIY projects and learning new things especially with a little help from YouTube (currently learning how to crochet)! 🧶

Miguel works in gardening and has experience taking care of plants, flowers, and trees, including planting, pruning, and general garden maintenance. 🌲 He also studied IT, so he is comfortable with computers and technology. Besides that, he is basically a handyman that is good at repairs, building and fixing things in general 🛠️

We have already done pet sitting and house sitting together, and we also worked on a small Dutch farm through Workaway for some months. We really enjoyed those experiences and would love to have more opportunities like that through the platform. Also our dream is to have our own house/ farm one day and built it ourselves 🌱💪🏻

At the moment we are dedicating some years of our lives to travel in our campervan and work abroad 🚐 So far we've lived in the Netherlands for almost a year and now we are spending the summer in Austria working in a chalet village in the Alps 🏞️ we do cleanings, repairs, check-ins, check-outs, cook bread and delivery it around the village 🥐🍞

We consider ourselves friendly, hardworking, easy-going, and happy to help with different kinds of tasks. We are passionate about nature, hiking, and enjoy learning new things, meeting people, and experiencing new cultures. 🙌🏻
