¡Hello! My name is Daniela. I'm 21 years old, and I live in California. I'm from Bogotá, Colombia.
I'm excited to start this journey, traveling around the world. I want to get to know new people and have meaningful conversations about different topics, such as culture, education, religion, etc.
I enjoy camping, being outdoors, taking care of animals, learning new languages and new recipes, taking photographs, playing and spending time with kids, and being with my family.
I love singing even though I'm not very good at it, I like swimming and hiking. I tend to be quite shy when I first meet someone, but it's just while I get used to it, I try to always be helpful and make sure no one is left behind.
I used to be a scout, which was one of my favorite activities to do weekly, forming part of that community made me learn about the way we coexist with nature, and how we should treat our planet; this gave me great opportunities to meet people around the globe, taught me about kindness, respect, responsibility, and loyalty. One of the lessons that I learned and apply in my life is to leave the world better than you found it.
I´m aware that the world will keep progressing and growing, which makes me think constantly of ways to not waste, use everything to its maximum potential, and reuse what we already have, so we can live in harmony with the planet; Which leads me to one of my main goals in life, and it is to one day be able to live in a self-sufficient house, and that involves many aspects that I want to learn.

I have a little sister who I've taken care of, she's seven now but I've helped from changing her diapers when she was a baby to teaching her how to ride a bike, I also helped to take care of other children from ages to 3 to 8. I can help with the household maintenance, with chores such as cleaning, vacuuming, doing the dishes, and if there are pets I've had 4 dogs, so I can help out feeding them, bathing, and any further responsibilities that the animals may need.
