Description
Our names are Cj and Jove, and we are both artists who love to work in nature, help the environment, do yoga, learn new languages/ cultures, and do physical labor. We are best friends who met in middle school and reconnected in college. We did musicals together and school field trips, then worked on a local magazine together in college. We grew up in rural Tennessee, USA, on family farms helping our parents take care of animals, renovate the house, up-cycle furniture, and take care of the land.
We discovered our love for travel when we studied abroad in Florence, Italy, to finish our art/ fashion degrees. We went to Puerto Rico with a few other friends earlier this year, it was a blast! Traveling brings us joy, Jové studied in Dublin last year, then moved to NYC, where CJ then moved to as well.
We now have a sustainable magazine documenting our passion for travel, culture, art, and design, and we are excited to learn about the beautiful cultures our world has to offer! Workaway has been a source for us to meet other like-minded people, and are excited for our upcoming adventures :)
