Description

Amrei:
Sunshine, nature and good food are just some of the things that make my soul happy. I also love to go on adventures, to meet new people and to learn about their cultures. Good conversations, campfires or board games are also a few more things that make me happy! Another very important part of my life is sports. I grew up in a house with animals and therefore also enjoy to have cats, dogs or even chickens around me.

Carla:
We have decided to travel around New Zealand to enjoy its beautiful nature and meet new people.
I spend my free time doing sports like running or working out which means that I love being active therefore I wouldn’t have trouble working outside. Being around open-minded people and in a pleasant atmosphere is important to me and I am open to pretty much every work available since gathering experience is also one of my main goals while being here. It makes me happy to help and support people especially with projects or gardening as well as housekeeping work that has to be done. All in all I would love to join you and learn more about your projects and culture.

Amrei: Professionally, I have already worked in a café and in a supermarket, but the skills that distinguish me are rather those I have gained in my free time. For four years I coached children in my gymnastics club, which helped me to become more independent. Furthermore I have helped my family a lot with various gardening and therefore know how to deal with some gardening tools. Since I grew up with different pets I also know how to deal with animals (cats, chickens, dogs). But also household tasks I‘ll happily take over.


Carla:
In terms of work experience, I can say that I have worked in a supermarket as a cashier, in the clearance of goods and helped out as a waitress from time to time.
Otherwise, I like to do a bit of gardening and help out with projects, for example, I have painted rooms at home or have had some minor craft experience.
I am always willing to work hard and am happy to try new things.
