Kia ora!
My name is Yume and I’m from Japan. I will start my working holiday in Wellington, New Zealand, arriving on May 8 and staying at a hostel until May 15. I’m very excited to experience local life and meet people from different cultures.
I grew up as the oldest of five siblings, so I am used to taking care of others and helping with housework. I always try to do everything carefully and responsibly until the end.
I enjoy helping with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, organizing, gardening, and childcare. I especially love cooking and baking, and I can make bagels! I also enjoy staying active — I like yoga, exercise, and spending time outdoors.
In my free time, I enjoy reading books, listening to music, and practicing Japanese calligraphy. I would be happy to share Japanese culture with you if you are interested.
My English is at a daily conversation level, and I would love to practice more while communicating with people from different backgrounds.
I am a positive, responsible, and curious person. I enjoy connecting with people, sharing experiences, and learning new things. I would be happy to help with your family or project and experience local life together.
