I love the opportunities created by travel - meeting new people, experiencing different languages, cultures, cuisines, and appreciating this amazing world we live in.

I am very fortunate coming from Perth in Western Australia - we live in an amazing country and my local community is wonderful.

I enjoy exploring places and especially staying for a period of time to really be away from home and yet feel comfortable in a new space. Sometimes new places can feel homely very quickly.

I am a primary school teacher working largely with students who have English as an additional language. I currently work full time. I consider myself a lifelong learner (like most teachers!) and love discovering and learning new things.
I also work as a support worker providing care within the disability sector.
I am well organised and able to relate well to people from diverse backgrounds.
I am a parent and homeowner and have skills necessary to keep things going through difficult times when necessary.
