Description
No longer a Workaway virgin. Currently having a fabulous and busy time in Spain with a wonderful family doing heavy gardening and renovating a swimming pool. And in about 1 week, I go to help someone else in Spain.
I'd be interested in doing more Workaways, just about anywhere.
I'm a 55 free-spirited, ex-British Army, red-blooded male, who above all is honest, reliable, trustworthy and friendly.
I'm quite an extroverted adventurer, aiming to experience the world in all its raw beauty.
I'm knowledgeable, fit, flexible, able to solve problems logically and apply common sense, keeping things moving.
My CV and experience are eclectic, much like my music taste.
I've taught English in East Timor for victims of domestic violence, learnt Pashto for work in Afghanistan, restored and modified cars, worked in construction engineering, been a chef, managed projects, driven all around Europe, visited Brazil, Mexico, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and on and on.... nearly 60 countries so far.
So lots of experience and perhaps wisdom to share.
I can put my hand and mind to anything. All I need is someone with a need, and I'll do all I can to help.
