Salut!
My name is Tobi, I'm an open-minded, active and friendly young man from Germany using workaway as a means to travel the world and make great memories.
I am currently travelling Europe by car and looking for sun, people, nature and new experiences. I started using workaway in 2023 and stayed at various amazing hosts in Scandinavia and in the desert of Jordan. I'm interested to join cool projects or communities to meet as many people as possible while being able to go outdoors, climbing, hiking or camping!
I can offer you my hand if you need an enthusiastic person helping your project!
Besides meeting people and do all kinds of sports, I would be interested in physical work outdoors, work with animals or cooking! I come from a farmer/carpenter family and consider myself physically fit and willing to do many kinds of work. I am able to handle any kind of tools.
I have a master's degree in Mathematics and am since looking for for a phd position abroad.
For that, I'm looking forward to work on career applications and my own research topic during my free time. But thankfully I'm not in a hurry! I wanted to work and travel to explore possible countries to stay ever since I studied abroad in Poland for half a year and now finally have the chance. Workaway is a win-win situation, I personally would get bored having a multiple-week vacation, I love to be active!
In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, climbing, running or doing yoga. I'm also learning french!
