Growing up in families that embraced travel with vans, tents, and even a sailing boat for Cecilia, we've developed a love for constantly moving and connecting with nature.

Cecilia is speaking italian, english and france. She worked in some mountain refuges and the last two years in some Surf camps during the summer season. I'm from Germany, speaking german and english as well. I worked now five years in a surf camp in the summer season in different positions.

Cecilia, a creative soul with a profession in fashion design, adds an artistic touch to our duo. Meanwhile, my background lies in mechanical work within the industry, providing us with a diverse set of hands-on skills for various situations. Together, our blend of creativity and technical proficiency allows us to approach tasks with a unique perspective and versatility.

We bring valuable kitchen experience to the table – Cecilia, having led a small team as a breakfast manager, and myself, managing the surf team as a surf instructor. Our combined expertise ensures a seamless contribution to any culinary or leadership responsibilities.

Our strong teamwork and communication skills make us an ideal duo to handle the diverse responsibilities.

We're organized individuals capable of managing time and resources effectively and have attention to details to ensuring a positive guest experience.
