Description
Hello world. We are Giorgio and Alessia (29&23), a loving and long date couple from Italy traveling full time.
We love nature and contact with people, we are interested in ecovillages and communities. Always open to every environment and experience.
Giorgio tried many jobs before starting workaway and decided that he prefers a more friendly approach to work life. Right now he is also working in a personal project creating a videogame by himself.
Alessia finished school and decided she wanted some real life experience before choosing her path for the rest of her life, so far it's going great and she is learning many things.
We chose a new way of living to become better people and for use our experiences and skills to help people and ourselves to get a better life.
We are adventurers, seeker of experiences and nature lovers.
As italians we love food and cooking for others, our love language is food ;)
Always looking to meet new open minded people to unite and create a new world.
We have a lot of experiences in volunteering but for sure we want to keep learning!!

Our Work Experience:
We volunteered in five countries, exploring different lifestyles and learning new skills:
• Painting (interior & fences)
Giorgio learned to paint from his father when he was younger. He works with care and he has a great attention to details
• Housekeeping, hospitality & cleaning
We have worked in several high-standard environments:
– 8 months managing a large villa in Florence independently
– 3 months as guardians/cleaners in a luxury agriturismo in Italy, also assisting guests
– 3 months in a luxury guest house in Germany, learning professional cleaning standards
Alessia mainly handled indoor tasks, cooking, kitchen help and catering. Giorgio focused on outdoor work, garden maintenance and property care.
• Gardening & outdoor work
Contact with nature is important to us and we love to work outside. We can manage various tasks and we have created a vegetable garden from 0.
Our past experience also include some weeks spent in Germany picking vegetables and caring for the land in a vegetable company.
• General maintenance
We can assist with small repairs and practical tasks around the house. Giorgio is particularly good at finding creative solutions.
• Babysitting, petsitting & animal care
We love children and we like creating games and activities with them, getting creative ourselves. We babysitted in the past and we would love to do it again.
We have experience with dogs—caring for two dogs full-time for 8 months—and we also know how to look after chickens.
Other experience: waiting tables, coordinating volunteers in an international community, labelling and bottling in a food laboratory, and more.

The place Is very nice and quiet and Olivier Is very kind and available to anything we needed. We improved our French with him and he cooked for us french food. We learned a lot staying with him and we are so grateful to him.
