Hi everyone! We are Lisa and Matteo and we cannot wait to meet you!
Travelling has always been our passion and would like to live travelling!
We never liked being just tourists, we love to immerse in the culture and share with the locals, because this is when you learn the most from people.
It has been 2 years almost since we moved to The Netherlands to work, and this has helped us doing even more travels. But now we feel something has changed and would like to discover ourselves again while traveling. We had quit our jobs in pharmaceuticals and started new adventures.
We did the Camino de Santiago and more journeys.
Now in 2024 we decided to begin a long journey from Italy to South-East Asia moving slowly,walking, public transportation or hitchhiking.
We are traveling with our little dog, Lilly and we hope to meet you all soon!

Hi we are Matteo and Lisa, both Italian and 25!

We both studied Biotechnology at the university and worked for 3 years in pharmaceutical multinational companies. We lived abroad in the Netherlands for two years and now we had quit our jobs and started traveling as a break to discover ourselves.

We already did a volunteering experience in a Dog hotel in Spain and we loved it!

Matteo, or Teo as you like, is really good ad talking with people. He worked as a barman during his studies. He also did tutoring for kids in middle school. He really likes computer and technology. He built our blog (yes we have a blog kind of a work in progress/project) from scratch teaching himself how to do it. During the last volunteering he enjoyed painting and fixing stuff around.

Lisa loves connecting with culture from all over the world. She worked as waitress for 4 years during the studies and she volunteered for many years in summer camp, working with children from 5 years and up. She also tutored kids of different age. Her real passion is staying in contact with animals and nature. She loves also to draw and paint when she is in her artistic mood.

During many travels and job experiences we learnt organization and planning skills that could be useful in any situation and we are also very adaptable.

We travel with our lovely dog Lilly. She seems like Dobby the Elf in Harry Potter and she has an unique personality. Once she gets to know you, she will become an everyday surprise!
