Description

My name is Jana, I'm 39 years old and at the beginning of last year I have left Germany where I have lived and worked to take a sabbatical/ work & travel year.

I have started my journey with the pilgrim's route in Portugal called the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago).
After the Camino I started working and supporting on farms and communities in Sweden.

I have already processed wool, made jelly and trained dogs on a farm in Rottneros.
In Sunnemo I have learned a lot about generating own electricity and heat systems, so the the main focus was on self-sufficiency.
Plus the usual things: Chopping wood, growing the first plants, sorting out stored vegetables, cooking, baking, aso.
Also some other places with focus on developing knowledge about the forest ( mushrooms, mycelium) and using of natural materials for buildings.

After discovering the Balkan in June and August I would like to go back to work with animals until the end of this year.

Now I am looking for a place close to Roosendaal.
